Campaign seeks to educate the public about ER alternatives
As a companion piece to the educational ER campaign Baptist launched in 2003, it made sense for the organization to give residents other good alternatives for those seeking urgent care services outside of an ER. So Baptist developed a counterpart communications campaign aimed at enhancing awareness and increasing patient volumes at its five urgent care centers in the Memphis area, which are known as Baptist Minor Meds.
