Cardiac Classic is an annual golf tournament that raises money for the Baptist Heart Institute. Funds are delivered through the Cardiac Fund administered by the Baptist Memorial Health Care Foundation.
Six levels of sponsorship are available. The Cardiac Fund was established in 1995 to provide financial support for initiatives that benefit cardiovascular patients and their care. During the past 12 years, Cardiac Classic has raised over $700,000, which has been used to provide medications to needy and indigent patients, purchase cardiovascular equipment and provide education for nurses and staff.
