Taking care of people is at the heart of Baptist Memorial Health Care Foundation’s mission. Since its inception in 1983, the Foundation – the charitable arm of Baptist Memorial Health Care – has been committed to supporting programs, research and therapies that make a real difference in the lives of Mid-Southerners.
These programs are funded through generous gifts from individuals and organizations in the community. In all cases, 100 percent of contributions to the Foundation go directly to support advances in patient care, medical education, clinical research or the specific program or hospital of a donor’s choice. Operational expenses of the Baptist Memorial Health Care Foundation are not funded with contributions – meaning that every gift you make is invested in advancing quality care throughout the Mid-South. Many of our donors make unrestricted gifts, allowing the Foundation to use those resources where they are needed most.
