Larkin Kennedy is the administrator and CEO of Baptist Memorial Hospital-Booneville in Booneville, Miss.
He was previously an assistant administrator at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford.
Kennedy began his career with Baptist in 2003 after completing an extensive education, which included an administrative fellowship at Baptist.
Kennedy earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration at Mississippi State University in Starkville.
He then completed a master’s degree in business administration and a Master of Science in health administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Judy Ramey
assistant administrator and chief nursing officer
Judy Ramey has been a nurse for almost 30 years and has been in nursing administration the majority of that time. Her areas of responsibility as assistant administrator and chief nursing officer include nursing, laboratory, pharmacy, physical therapy, radiology, respiratory therapy, anesthesia and food services. She earned associate degrees in nursing and education, as well as a bachelor degree in nursing.

Josh Harmond
chief financial officer
Josh Harmond joins the staff of Baptist Memorial Hospital-Booneville after serving in a variety of health care financial positions, including controller at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Jasper, Ga; and accounting manager for HCA Patient Account Services in Norcross, Ga. Josh began his health care financial career at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle as an assistant controller. As Baptist Booneville's CFO, Harmond is responsible for the development and management of the hospital budget, as well as the finance function for all hospital departments. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Mississippi University for Women in Columbus, Miss.; and a Master in Business Administration from Georgia State University in Atlanta.

Shannon Bolen
director of human resources
Shannon D. Bolen is the director of human resources for Baptist Memorial Hospital-Booneville. Bolen has been with Baptist since 2007, and is responsible for interpreting policy, sharing information and providing timely counsel to managers and employees. She manages benefit packages, the annual performance review process and the hospital’s compensation plan as well as overseeing the hr department's day-to-day operations. Shannon holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee-Martin.

Sergio Warren
director of marketing/community and industrial relations
Sergio M. Warren is director of marketing/community and industrial relations for Baptist Memorial Hospital-Booneville. He is responsible for the hospital's strategic marketing, special events, creative marketing campaigns, media relations, industrial health programs, and community involvement. Warren received a bachelor's degree in exercise science from the University of Mississippi in Oxford. He is a member of the Mississippi Hospital Associations society for Health Care Marketing and Public Relations. An active member of the community, he serves on the board of directors for the Booneville Area Chamber of Commerce, Prentiss County 4-H, Booneville Boys and Girls Club, and the Northeast Mississippi charter chapter of Mississippi Oral Community Health Alliance.
