 Driving directions to Baptist Collierville Hospital 
From I-240 and Bill Morris Parkway: From I-240, go 12 miles east on Bill Morris Parkway. Take the Houston Levee exit. Turn left to go north on Houston Levee Road and then take a right onto Poplar Avenue. Travel approximately 0.7 miles, and the hospital will be on the left. From Mississippi at the Mississippi/Tennessee state line on Byhalia Road: Go north on Byhalia Road, then turn left onto Poplar Avenue. Travel approximately 1.3 miles, and the hospital will be on the right. From intersection of Poplar Avenue and Germantown Road: Go east on Poplar Avenue for approximately seven miles. The hospital will be on the left. From intersection of Highway 64 and Houston Levee Road/Canada Road: The hospital is 12.3 miles from this intersection. Go south on Houston Levee Road. Turn left on Poplar Avenue, and travel approximately 0.7 miles. The hospital will be on the left. Driving directions to DeSoto Athletic Club 
From Baptist Collierville to the Collierville Community Center (satellite physical therapy location at the DeSoto Athletic Club): Go east on Poplar Avenue. Turn left onto Byhalia Road and then right onto Powell Road. Enter the Community Center parking lot and enter through the door closest to the playground. The community center is approximately three miles from Baptist Collierville. Driving directions to Baptist Collierville Physician Office Building (POB) To the physician office building: The physician office building, located at 1458 West Poplar Ave., is at the corner of Poplar Avenue and Shea Road, directly east of the hospital campus.
