Glenn Baker Glenn F. Baker
administrator and chief executive officer

Glenn Baker joined Baptist in 1992 and was with Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union County in New Albany, Miss., from 1992-1997. He was with the Baptist West Tennessee Market Bureau in Union City, Tenn., from August to November in 1997. He also served as administrator and CEO of Baptist Memorial Hospital-Tipton in Covington, Tenn., from 1997-2004, before assuming his position as administrator and CEO at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Collierville in June of 2004.

Baker earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering technology from Memphis State University and his master’s degree in management and supervision from Central Michigan University. Prior to joining Baptist, Baker served in the United States Air Force, where he held various positions, including pilot and joint services staff officer.

Susan P. Ferguson Susan P. Ferguson

Susan P. Ferguson joined Baptist Memorial Hospital-Collierville as chief nursing officer in June 2006. She has served in a variety of capacities during her career at Baptist, including system director of nursing, director of nursing administration and director of oncology services, as well as chief nursing officer at Baptist Rehabilitation-Germantown.

Ferguson began her career in the emergency department at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Medical Center and went on to work in pathology and radiation oncology. She also served as a clinical instructor for radiation therapy.

She earned a nursing degree from Memphis State University (now the University of Memphis), a bachelor of science degree from Central Michigan University and a master of science degree from Warren National University.

Bob Gwartney Bob Gwartney
assistant administrator

Bob Gwartney has been with Baptist since 1998. He joined Baptist Memorial Hospital-Collierville in 2000 as director of ancillary services. He served as nursing director of ambulatory services at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Medical Center from 1998-2000. Gwartney also held a number of nursing and director positions at St. Joseph Hospital from 1980-1998.

Gwartney earned his bachelor’s degree in health care management from Southern Illinois University in 1988 and his master’s degree in operations management from the University of Arkansas in 1995. He also holds a registered nurse licensure from St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing and a certified radiology tech licensure from the United States Air Force.

Terri Seago Terri Seago
chief financial officer

Terri Seago is a 30-year veteran of Baptist Memorial Health Care. As the chief financial officer for Baptist Memorial Hospital-Collierville, she is responsible for the hospital’s revenue cycle and managing the hospital budget. Previously, she served as controller at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Seago also has experience in financial planning and analysis, along with asset management for the Baptist system. Seago earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Memphis.

Kelle Lovelace Kelle Lovelace
director of physician/customer relations

Kelle Lovelace has been with Baptist since 1989. She was previously the director of marketing and community relations at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Blytheville before joining the team at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Collierville in August 1998.

Lovelace earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Arkansas. She oversees physician relations, community relations, marketing, gift shop, volunteer services and Service First.



Kim Allen Kim Allen
director of quality and organizational effectiveness and risk management

Kim Allen joined Baptist in 1996 and joined the management team at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Collierville in 2001. Before joining the HIM team at Baptist Collierville, she served in a variety of capacities in the HIM departments at BMH-Memphis and BMH-North Mississippi.

She earned a Registered Health Information Technologist degree from the American Health Information Management Association in 2003. She is currently the Director of Quality and Organizational Effectiveness and Risk Management. She is currently pursuing a degree in Health Care Management.
