Baptist Germantown offers a number of diagnostic services under one roof. Conveniently located and with easy-access parking, Baptist Germantown’s diagnostic services, housed within the hospital, serve a wide range of patients, including pediatric patients. Appointments are readily available Monday through Friday for all diagnostic services, and walk-ins are welcome for routine X-rays. In addition to computerized tomography, routine imaging and ultrasound, Baptist Germantown also features an open magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system. Called the Siemens 1.5T Open-Bore MRI (shown below), it provides clear images of patients’ internal organs.
As the first true 1.5T open bore MRI, it combines the fast, high-quality scans of a closed MRI with an open design that accommodates both larger and claustrophobic patients. Siemens 1.5T Open-Bore MRI
