At Baptist Lauderdale, our goal is to evaluate your rehab needs and develop an individualized treatment program that enables you to return to optimal functionality at work and home.
Our highly trained, caring, and professional staff comprises only licensed therapists; we do not use technicians. We provide one-on-one treatment to our patients in all areas of rehabilitation:
New patients are scheduled within 24 hours of referral and are given a thorough initial evaluation and treatment plan that is precise for their needs. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are located inside the hospital next to the Café. Phone: 731-221-2478 Fax: 731-221-2255
