Baptist is a leader in providing high-quality home care and hospice services in 16 North Mississippi counties. A department of Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi, Baptist Home Care & Hospice serves the community as a nonprofit agency and is the exclusive North Mississippi provider of the HomMed Health Monitoring System.

Home Care
Baptist Home Care offers skilled, compassionate care to patients in the comfort of their own homes on a "visit" basis. Registered nurses; licensed practical nurses; certified nursing assistants; medical social workers; and physical, speech therapists are available, along with daily home monitoring services through the HomMed Health Monitoring System.

Hospice
Baptist Hospice provides comprehensive services to terminally ill patients and their families in their homes. Hospice uses an interdisciplinary team approach guided by the patient's attending physician and hospice medical director and often includes registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, social workers, a chaplain, physical therapists, bereavement counselors, a speech pathologist and community volunteers.
