 Visitor Guidelines Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi welcomes visitors concerned about friends or family who are patients at our hospital. Among our top priorities is the safety of both patients and visitors. To maintain that safety, please follow these guidelines when visiting a patient:

Visiting Hours General Visiting hours are 6 a.m. until 9 p.m. daily. After 9 p.m., all entrances and exits must be made through the front doors. All other doors will be locked. Only one overnight visitor per patient is allowed, and they must obtain a pass from the front desk. ICU Visiting times are limited to fifteen minutes at the following times: 6:30 a.m. 10 a.m. 12 noon 2 p.m. 4 p.m. 6 p.m. 8 p.m. Hospice and Palliative Care Hospice patients are afforded unrestricted visiting privileges, including children of all ages. All visitors must still have a pass. Labor and Delivery Two people of the mother's choice may visit. All other visitors can wait in the father's waiting room for updates. Nursery 9 a.m.-6 p.m. 8-10 p.m. MedSurg 6 a.m. until 9 p.m. daily. All visitors after 9 p.m. must sign in at the front desk and receive permission from the patient to be visited. Skilled Nursing Facility and Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Visits (immediate family only) limited to 30 minutes at the following times: 6 a.m. 9 a.m. Noon 3 p.m. 6 p.m. 9 p.m. Top of Page
Parking Parking garages are located at the main entrance and the emergency room/outpatient surgery area. Directions The main entrance is located off South Lamar at Belk Avenue. The emergency room parking is located off South Lamar at Elliot Street. Top of Page
Cafeteria The cafeteria is located on the first floor of the hospital. Weekdays Breakfast: 6:30 a.m.–9:30 a.m. (hot line & grill) Lunch: 11:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. (hot line) and 11 a.m.–2 p.m. (grill) Dinner: 5 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (hot line & grill) Weekends Breakfast: 6:30 a.m.–9:30 p.m. (hot line only) Lunch: 11 a.m.–1:30 p.m. (hot line & grill) Dinner: 5 p.m.–6:30 p.m. (hot line only) Top of Page
Chapel The hospital chapel, located on the first floor across from the gift shop, is always open and provides a quiet place for prayer and meditation. Chapel service is held every Friday at 8:30 a.m. Special holiday worship services and observances are announced. Top of Page
WiFi Zone  Our free wireless network is available throughout the hospital. An instructional packet is available from any nurses' station or the information desk.
