Janice Hill
administrator/chief nursing officer
As administrator and chief nursing officer of Baptist Restorative Care, Janice Hill oversees daily operation in nursing, ancillary services, business office, pharmacy and medical records. Hill serves on the State of Tennessee's Board for Licensing Health Care Facilities which licenses and regulates all hospitals, recuperation centers, nursing homes, and other related health care treatment facilities in the state. A nurse for more than 30 years, Hill received her associate degree in 1973 and her bachelor’s degree in nursing in 1978. Her experience spans the areas of nursing instruction, quality review, clinical services, post-acute care, rehabilitation and administration. She earned a master’s degree in public administration in 1994.

Nancy Harris Draper
staff development manager-educator/Service First chair
Nancy Harris Draper serves in many roles in her position as staff development manager-educator at Baptist Restorative Care. Her duties encompass planning, coordinating and presenting educational programs, skills days and hospital education days. She also coordinates nursing orientation and staff development, as well as education transcript and record keeping. She serves on the policy and procedure and practice council committees and chairs Service First council for patient satisfaction and employee recognition. Draper earned her bachelor of science in nursing at the University of Columbia, Mo., and her master in science in education, curriculum and instruction from The University of Memphis. She has been a nurse for 30 years.
