The Mother/Baby unit provides a safe, family-centered environment for new moms and their families. The rooms are large enough for mom and baby because we encourage moms to keep their newborns with them. To ensure the safety of moms and their babies, we have a security system in place that alerts hospital staff when anything unusual occurs. Our nursery was designed and decorated to promote a cozy, family environment. We have a step-up area outside the nursery so small children can see their new brother or sister. Also available online, is a password-protected Web Nursery for several of Baptist hospitals.  Top of Page |
