Lazy Lasagna

Daily Bread
It is good to praise the LORD and make music.
Psalm 92:1

This is called lazy lasagna because the step of cooking the noodles before assembly has been dropped.

1 box lasagna noodles

2 cups spaghetti sauce

2 cups mozzarella cheese

1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese

1 pound (500 g) ground beef, cooked and drained

cup water

In a greased rectangular cake pan, place one layer of noodles on the bottom. Cover with meat, cheeses and sauce. Layer another layer of noodles and repeat until all ingredients are gone. Pour water over the top. Cover with foil and bake at 350F (180C) for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 to 15 minutes. Let set 10 minutes before eating.
