This four-week series addresses the basics of childbirth – labor, pain management options and basic breathing and relaxation techniques – as well as offering a tour of the labor and delivery area. At the end of the series, attendees may elect to take an additional class that teaches advanced breathing techniques, massage therapy and comfort measures for those planning to have a natural delivery.
