CONCERN is a resource funded by your employer to provide assistance to you and your household members. It doesn't make any difference whether your problems are big or small, CONCERN will help. Companies contract and pay for CONCERN services. It is a service that is available at no cost to contracting companies' employees and employee's household members. 2. It Works! CONCERN helps individuals and families, through short term counseling, get help for a number of problems, not limited to, but including: relationships, grief, emotional, financial, alcohol and drugs, and family issues. 3. It's easy! To access CONCERN all you need is a telephone. Just call the office and set up an appointment that fits your schedule. Routine appointments will be offered within three days. Often you can get same day service! 4. It's confidential! The services of CONCERN are strictly confidential. No one will know of your participation unless you want them to know. CONCERN keeps its own confidential records. CONCERN complies with all federal and state regulations. 5. It's Convenient!
