On Saturday, July 16, 2005, Baptist provided free health screenings to residents of the South Memphis area at Hamilton Elementary School in partnership with several other community agencies in Memphis, Tenn. Baptist College of Health Sciences students assisted with screening and health education. The screenings included blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, body mass index and prostate.
