As the first comprehensive bereavement center for children, adolescents and adults in the region, the Baptist Trinity Center for Good Grief provides support for individuals who are grieving the death of a loved one and allows them to share their experience with others as they move through the healing process – all in a therapeutic environment. Our professional, caring staff is dedicated to providing comprehensive bereavement services to children, teenagers and adults.
Our Mission
To provide a safe environment for children, teens and adults to explore and express their feelings related to the death of a loved one and learn to thrive in a world without that special person.
Our Services
All of our services are free of charge and are made possible through individual donations and grants funded by the Baptist Memorial Health Care Foundation and the Junior League of Memphis is addition to donations from various organizations and individuals.
Staff and Volunteers
Baptist Trinity professionals are unique. They are compassionate, friendly and highly trained to provide you with high-quality care. Specially trained in grief issues, our expert staff of social workers, administrative staff, chaplains and volunteers is committed to helping individuals through the grief process.
Baptist Trinity Center for Good Grief is a service of Baptist Trinity Hospice, which provides care to terminally ill patients in their home environment. Beyond pain management related to end-of-life issues, Baptist Trinity Hospice takes an interdisciplinary approach to care by meeting the physiological, sociological, educational, spiritual and emotional needs of each patient and his or her family.
