Private Duty, Supplemental Staffing and Companion Care
Baptist Trinity HealthCare Services employs registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants and companions to provide three types of services. Private duty is offered to clients who need to be cared for in the home, nursing home or hospital on an hourly, shift or continuous basis. In these cases, the Baptist Trinity employee works directly with the client, and reimbursement is by private pay or insurance to Baptist Trinity. We also offer supplemental staffing, in which a health care facility (hospital, clinic or nursing home) contracts to use a Baptist Trinity employee as a member of its staff. Lastly, companion care is offered to clients who need someone to run errands, do light housekeeping or simply provide companionship in the home or hospital.

  • We offer services and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week-including holidays.
  • Our employees carry liability and bonding insurance and workers' compensation.
  • We screen and check references of all employees.
  • We bill clients weekly and take care of income tax and Social Security.
  • Nursing supervisors visit clients in the home or hospital to supervise the quality of service.
  • We offer the services of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants and companions.
